With strong accounting controls, specialized technologies and centralized processing, DANA Properties is able to provide accurate financial information to the decision makers in your community. We understand that in order to make effective decisions, the Board of Directors must have reliable and prompt reports on the financial status of the Association. To this end, our goal is to have monthly financial reports prepared and available in the first week of each month.
