DANA Properties entered the community association management field in 1980.  Since that time, DANA Properties has become the largest and most experienced community association management specialist in the El Paso area.  Community association management is, and has always been, our primary business.  Unlike some other firms, it is neither the by-product nor subsidiary activity of another business.  DANA Properties is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and the Association of Professional Community Managers (APCM). 

Personnel

DANA Properties has a staff of twenty, and while the day-to-day management affairs of your community association will be addressed by an individual property manager, our entire team of property managers, assistants, bookkeepers, and maintenance personnel will become familiar with your property.  The depth of our service to your community association will go beyond the experience of your assigned property manager, as you will benefit from the variety and years of experience of the entire management team at DANA Properties.

Location and Accessibility

DANA Properties is conveniently located at 6201 Escondido Drive, El Paso, Texas.  Our office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

Longevity

DANA Properties manages for the “long run,” and we manage our client associations as if they were our own. We have enjoyed long and successful working relationships with many of our clients and have represented some of our associations for more than 30 years. Many of the communities we represent have been managed by DANA Properties since their inception.
